Manav Sampada Portal Uttar Pradesh is initiated by the UP Government for Employees Management activities such as recruitment, transfer, promotion, monitoring, and supervision of service history through e-Service Book, etc.

Registered Departments Details

Follow the process to see the 82 State government departments registered with the Manav Sampada Portal Uttar Pradesh.

  • Firstly, visit the official portal at https://ehrms.upsdc.gov.in/.
  • The “Registered Department ” option will be available.
  • Then, click on the “View Details”.
  • A list of 82 registered departments will appear.
  • To download it, click on the “import -in” option.

User Registration Process at Manav Sampada Portal Uttar Pradesh 

The Registration Process will be done by the Office Data Entry Operator. The Office Administrator will enter the employee details such as Posting Office details, his/her Basic Details, Establishment Office details, and lastly, generate PMIS code for the applicant.

  • Download by clicking on the “import -in” option.

Departments wise Registered Employees Details

  • Then, click on the “View Details”.
  • A list of 82 registered department employees will appear.

District Wise Data Entry Status

  • Firstly, visit the official portal at https://ehrms.upsdc.gov.in/.
  • Click on the ” Data Entry Status ”. Subsequently, the page will open.
  • Now, choose your preferred District, Department, and Organization.
  • Then click on the “View Report”.
  • Lastly, the required information will appear.

Department Wise Office List

  • Firstly, visit the official portal at https://ehrms.upsdc.gov.in/.
  • Click on the ” Office List ”.
  • Immediately the “Department Wise office list” page will open. Now, choose your preferred District, Department, Organization & Office Category.
  • Then click on the “View Report”.
  • Lastly, the required information will appear.

Search Employee HRMS Code

  • Firstly, visit the official portal at https://ehrms.upsdc.gov.in/.
  • Go to ” Search HRMS Code ”. The page will open.
  • Choose from the options “Search By posting office” or the ” Mobile Number”.
  • Enter the registered number under the “Mobile Number option,”.
  • Click on the “Submit” button.
  • Now, Choose your preferred District, Department, Organization, Reporting Office & Designation details for the “Search by office option”
  • Click on the “Submit” button and you’ll get the important data. 

How to check the application status?

  • Firstly, visit the official portal at https://ehrms.upsdc.gov.in/.
  • Click on the ” Fact Sheet/P2 ”. The page will open.
  • Next, select your preferred, Department, and Organization & enter the eHRMS code.
  • Then click on the “View Report”.
  • Lastly, the required information will appear.

View PI Status Reports

  • Firstly, visit the official portal at https://ehrms.upsdc.gov.in/.
  • Click on the “PI Status”. The Report page will open.
  • Next, select your preferred, Department, and Organization.
  • Then click on the “View Report”.
  • Lastly, the required data will appear.

The process to check Government Orders

  • Firstly, visit the official portal at https://ehrms.upsdc.gov.in/.
  • Click on the “Government Orders”. The page will open.
  • Here you’ll see the government orders in pdf format.
  • Click on the “download” and the pdf will be downloaded.

Check Published Transfer Orders

  • Firstly, visit the official portal at https://ehrms.upsdc.gov.in/.
  • Click on the “Published Transfer Orders”. The page will open.
  • Click on your selective order. A new page will open.
  • Here you’ll see the Official Transfer orders in pdf format.
  • To download the transfer Order, click on the “download”.

Check Forms/Notices

  • Firstly, visit the official portal at https://ehrms.upsdc.gov.in/.
  • Click on the “Forms/Notices”. The page will open.
  • Here you’ll see the Notices or Forms in pdf format. Click on your selective order.
  • A new page will open.
  • Here you’ll see the Notice or Form in pdf format.
  • To download the Notices, click on the “download”.

Login Process

  • Firstly, visit the official portal at https://ehrms.upsdc.gov.in/.
  • Click on the “HRMS Login”.
  • The “login form” will open.
  • Select the “User Department”.
  • Now, enter your User ID, Password, fill in the Captcha, and click on the ” login”.

Generate a new password or Reset the eHRMS password

  • Firstly, visit the official portal at https://ehrms.upsdc.gov.in/.
  • Click on the “HRMS Login”.
  • The “login form” will open.
  • Next, click on the “Forget Password”.
  • Again a new window will appear.
  • Select “user department” & enter “id.”
  • Click on any option i.e. “via email” or “Via SMS” to reset the password.
  • You’ll get your new login password on the selected option.
  • Click on the Reset password” or “submit”.

The process to upload documents

  • Firstly, visit the official portal at https://ehrms.upsdc.gov.in/.
  • Click on the “HRMS Login”.
  • Now, enter your User ID, Password and fill the Captcha.
  • The dashboard page will open.
  • Now, click on the ” General”. And upload the documents
  • Lastly, click on the “Submit”.

#How to View Service Books at eHRMS Portal?

  • Firstly, visit the official portal at https://ehrms.upsdc.gov.in/.
  • Click on the “eHRMS Login”.
  • Now, enter your User ID, Password and fill the Captcha.
  • Dashboard page will open, click on the Employee Service Book Details.
  • Fill in the State Name, eHRMS code, Parent Department, Present Posting Office State and District, Employee Name, Captcha, etc.
  • Next, click on the “Search”. The employee service book will appear.
  • Click on the ” Download” button. And it will be downloaded.

How to apply for Leave online?

  • Firstly, visit the official portal at https://ehrms.upsdc.gov.in/.
  • Click on the “eHRMS Login”.
  • Enter your User ID, Password and fill the Captcha.
  • Click on the ” Apply for Leave”.
  • A new “Leave Application” page will open.
  • Select the leave type, starting and ending day of the leave.
  • Next, select Reason and click “OK”.
  • Then, Select Reporting Officer,”. Enter your MS ID and click on the “View Details”.
  • Lastly, click on the ” Submit”.

You’ll receive a reference number If the details are valid.

Check Leave Status online on the portal

  • Firstly, visit the official portal at https://ehrms.upsdc.gov.in/.
  • Click on the “eHRMS Login”.
  • Enter your User ID, Password and fill the Captcha.
  • Next, click on the “Check Leave Status”.
  • The “Leave Application Status” page will open.
  • Then, enter your reference number
  • Lastly, click on the ” CHECK”.

A pop-up will appear with” Cancelled” or “Approved”.

View pending leave request

  • Firstly, visit the official portal at https://ehrms.upsdc.gov.in/.
  • Click on the “eHRMS Login”.
  • Enter your User ID, Password and fill the Captcha.
  • Next, click on the ” View Leave request”. A “Pending Leave Request” page will open.
  • Then click on the “Click to view”.
  • Now, The Reporting officer will select from “Approve”, ” Forward” or “Reject”.
  • Lastly, click on the” Confirm”.

How to download Salary Slip?

  • Firstly, visit the official portal at https://ehrms.upsdc.gov.in/.
  • Click on the “eHRMS Login”.
  • Enter your User ID, Password and fill the Captcha.
  • The dashboard page will open, click on the Manav Sampada.
  • Click on your selected department such as Basic Education, etc.
  • Now, click on the “Salary Slip”.
  • Select ” Year & Month” and click “Submit”.
  • Click on the ” Download” to download the Salary Slip.

How to download the “mSthapana” mobile app?

  • Firstly, visit the official portal at https://ehrms.upsdc.gov.in/.
  • Click on the “Download App”.
  • Lastly, a new page will open. Click on the ” Install” option there.

User Login Procedure through “mSthapna” mobile app?

  • After downloading the app, a welcome screen will appear.
  • Click on the “Welcome! Continue to Login”.
  • A new page will open. Select the ” Department”.
  • Next, Enter your eHRMS user ID and password.
  • Click on the “Submit to Login” button.

Apply for Leave through the “mSthapna” mobile app

  • Firstly, click on the “Apply for Leave”.
  • A”Leave Application” page will open. Select the leave type, date, and reason. And, click “OK”.
  • Next, enter the Reporting Officer MS ID on the “Select Reporting Officer,” window and click “Submit”.
  • A “Leave applied Successfully” with the application reference number will appear.

Check Leave Status using the “mSthapna” mobile app

  • Firstly, click on the “Check Leave Status”.
  • Subsequently, A “Leave Application Status” page will open.
  • Enter your reference number and click on the “CHECK”.
  • Lastly, ” Cancelled” or “Approved” status will appear.

View pending leave request on “mSthapna” mobile app

  • Firstly, click on the “View Leave request”.
  • Secondly, A new ” Pending Leave Request” page will appear.
  • Next, click on the “Click to view”.
  • Now, The Reporting officer will select from “Approve”, ” Forward” or “Reject”.
